Real estate is a key pillar of UH Abogados’ firm-wide offering and its strategic focus on the area continues to pay dividends, with the team notably adding 12 new clients during 2024/25. From its Medellín base, the group acts for some of Antioquia’s leading real estate players on the structuring and execution of real estate projects, joint ventures, M&A and investment transactions. Firm co-founders Carolina Uribe and Carlos Fernando Henao co-head the department and both maintain prominent transactional practices. The team also includes senior associates María Adelaida Zapata, who is praised for her ‘excellent handling of clients and counterparties’; and María Adelaida Calle.
