Brigard Urrutia maintains a holistic approach to tax law, with its ability to ‘address complex matters from a comprehensive perspective’ a recurring theme among clients. The practice advises domestic and foreign companies across all of Colombia’s key economic sectors on a range of advisory, transactional and contentious tax, with notable experience in international taxation, high-stakes disputes and innovative transactional issues. Among her recent highlights, she successfully represented Indra Colombia against the Colombian Tax Office in a COP$9bn tax dispute.
