The team carries out a variety of contentious work for clients from across industry sectors, such as insurance, and in real estate and construction. Typical matters include working on contentious proceedings regarding healthcare company disputes, real estate title, spatial planning and construction, and commercial and financial contracts. The team has a specific proficiency in the healthcare and cosmetics sector, where the firm’s product liability practice carries out multiple mandates. Practice head Sandra Lisac manages complex civil and commercial dispute resolutions, while partner Tamara Jelić Kazić  brings longstanding expertise advising clients in tax appeals and defences.
