The experienced banking, finance and capital markets team at Wolf Theiss provides major domestic and multinational insurers, banks and non-bank financial institutions and corporates with comprehensive advice on refinancings, acquisition finance and real estate finance matters. The practice is headed by Robert David, who specialises in project finance, acquisition finance, export finance, recapitalisation and a wide range of capital markets transactions.
