Kocián Šolc Balaštík

The banking, finance and capital markets group at Kocián Šolc Balaštík draws on the experience of its team to assist domestic and multinational financial institutions and corporates across such areas as retail, beverages and energy, on matters ranging from acquisition, export and real estate finance to financial regulatory compliance, hybrid bonds and credit linked notes and financial litigation. The practice is led by Martin Krejčí, an expert in project finance; Vlastimil Pihera, a specialist in financial services, trust funds and capital markets; and Petr Kasík, who handles complex restructuring matters.
