Backed by a global network of 84 offices in 47 countries, CMS harnesses the experience of its team to advise major domestic and multinational financial institutions (including ING Bank and BNP Paribas) and corporates across such sectors as energy, real estate, hospitality and logistics, on matters ranging from high-value, cross-border acquisitions and and financial regulations and compliance to insolvency and restructuring. The practice is led by Petra Myšáková, who arrived from A&O Shearman in September 2024, and who, in addition to expertise in acquisition and real estate financings, brings strength to structured finance products. Also of note are Lukáš Valúšek, who specialises in regulatory matters; and Andrea Haushalterová, who provides key support.
