Kinstellar

Kinstellar leverages the deep bench strength of its team to represent domestic and multinational corporates (including American Airlines) involved in complex, cross-border litigation and arbitration (including shareholder disputes, M&A-related disputes and white-collar crime matters). Bolstered by the transfer to Kinstellar (in April 2024) of the German firm Noerr’s offices in Bratislava, Budapest, Bucharest and Prague, as part of a non-exclusive arrangement, the group's active client roster spans such sectors as telecoms, aviation, luxury goods, healthcare, TMT, oil and gas, real estate, food, manufacturing and the automotive industry. The team is headed by experienced litigator and life sciences and healthcare expert Tomáš Čihula and Radim Kotrba, who draws on extensive experience in insolvency and administrative proceedings. Other key names include Luděk Chvosta and Petr Hrnčíř, who joined from Noerr, and Petra Ledvinková.
