Backed by a global network of 84 offices in 47 countries, CMS Cameron McKenna Nabarro Olswang harnesses the experience of its team to represent insurers, financial institutions, domestic and household name global corporates (including Canal+ and Siemens) in complex arbitration and commercial, unfair competition and damage claim litigation at all levels, from the regional and high courts, to the Supreme Court and the Supreme Administrative Court. The group’s active client roster spans such sectors as pharmaceuticals, tech, energy, aerospace, construction, food, logistics and manufacturing. The team is headed by managing partner (promoted in May 2024) and veteran litigator and arbitrator Tomáš Matějovský, who brings regulatory expertise. Also of note are Petr Beneš (promoted to counsel in July 2024), a specialist in insurance disputes; and Filip Gvozdek, who heads the firm’s Prague corporate crime group.
