ROWAN LEGAL’s growing employment practice adopts an interdisciplinary approach by collaborating with the firm's IP and tax teams to advise on a wide range of matters. The group routinely assists public and private sector clients with restructurings, terminations, and immigration matters, to name a few areas. Romana Szuťányi spearheads the team, and is well versed in handling employee privacy matters, occupational health and safety issues, internal regulations and labour disputes. Michal Nulíček assists with data protection work, while Adéla Uhrinová advises on matters involving transfer of rights and obligations.
