The real estate team at CERHA HEMPEL Kališ & Partners is perhaps best known for its expertise in advising on development projects, however the group is equally adept at handling the environmental elements of real estate transactions. The team is well known for representing clients in the waste management, production and automotive sectors in mandates. Petr Kališ assists with real estate M&A transactions; he co-heads the practice with Lukáš Srbecký, who brings experience in assisting with corporate real estate transactions.
