ROWAN LEGAL’s TMT department is co-led by Josef Donát, who brings expertise in advising on cloud-based applications and tech outsourcing projects; Michal Nulíček, who focuses on data protection and regulatory issues; and Jan Tomíšek, who specialises in 5G network and cybersecurity matters. The group fields extensive experience in representing domestic and international entities in litigation, IT contractual matters and licensing work. Digital transformation cases have been prominent in the team's recent workload. Other key practitioners include Pavel Hejl, a key contact for gaming law issues; Filip Beneš, who focuses on personal data protection compliance matters; and Samuel Král, who assists with blockchain and NFT platform cases.
