Team head Thomas Thordal Sevelsted is highly experienced in complex lending transactions, bond issuances and asset financing work, often with a cross-border focus. Another key contact, Esben Moesgaard Ludvigsen, has broad experience extending to acquisition and operations financings, syndicated loan agreements and bond issuances.
