Kromann Reumert’s capital markets team maintains a strong market position, covering the full spectrum of debt and equity capital market transactions. The practice has notable expertise in cross-border transactions and advises leading Nordic and international financial institutions. The 'exceptionally good' Christian Lundgren and Christina Bruun Geertsen lead the ECM division, with both renowned for their expertise in takeovers and IPOs. A trio of specialists head up the debt capital markets team; Peter Schiøler Skaaring and Thomas Kaas have a wealth of experience in debt issuance programmes and bond issuances, while Peter Kirkehei Qvist joined from Gorrissen Federspiel in October 2023.
