Kromann Reumert, renowned for their ‘high quality advice and pragmatic approach,’ covers all areas of shipping and other transport law on both contentious and contractual work, such as the sale and purchase of ships, newbuild contracts, M&A transactions, ship financing, and related dispute resolution. Team head Jakob Rosing brings over two decades of experience in shipping matters, specialising in marine and transport insurance and arbitration proceedings. Thomas Kaas and Natascha Pape are also key members of the team, with Kaas focusing on purchase and sale of ships, and Pape handling cargo recovery and defence of owners, carriers, and freight forwarders.
