- Acting for the Holden Group of companies relating to their operational motor dealerships and investment properties. Acted on the acquisition of the multi-site Cecil & Larter dealership, which involved bringing the trading business into the Holden group and extracting and re-gearing the occupational properties to ensure long-term occupation.
