Advised and represented AFIT France in litigations with seven highway’s concession companies relating to the payment of contributions up to €500m.
Advised the French State for the awarding and performance of motorway concession contracts, including A69 and A412.
Advised and represented the French State for a litigation with three airport concession companies (Nice, Lyon and Toulouse airport companies) relating to the performance of their concession contract during the Covid 19 pandemic.
