Pascal Cuche leads the group of regulatory experts at Freshfields LLP, regularly advising on a broad range of transactions and disputes involving public law aspects. With a particular focus on the infrastructure and energy sectors, the team is knowledgeable in both green- and brownfield markets, such as corporate, regulatory, public law and finance. Cuche in particular is an expert in state-owned companies regulation and privatisation, especially in the healthcare sector. The team also includes Tanguy Bardet who is experienced in public law projects, and energy and infrastructure specialist Louise Bragard.
