Capital markets: debt capital markets

Gide Loyrette Nouel A.A.R.P.I. assists leading French companies and public institutions acting as issuers as well as banks acting as arrangers, particularly with the setting up and updating of EMTN, ESG and other DCM programmes. The Parisian practice also advises on medium to large DCM issuances including ESG and EuroPP products, and can rely on additional support from its London office. The team is led by the highly experienced  Hubert Merveilleux du Vignaux, Laurent Vincent and US securities expert Melinda Stege-Arsouze. Counsels Bastien Raisse and Louis Ravaud  provide additional support.
