In the derivatives and structured finance field, Gide Loyrette Nouel A.A.R.P.I.‘s core team is primarily based in the firm’s London office but the Paris office retains some derivatives expertise through Laurent Vincent, also a DCM specialist, who often works alongside colleagues to handle hedging issues linked to banking and finance transactions .
