Points forts

Advises Bouygues Telecom in its appeal against a ruling of the Paris Commercial Court awarding Free Mobile €308 million in damages as part of a series of disputes brought by Free Mobile against its competitors and their so-called "subsidised" smartphones.
Advised successfully Vivendi in a French class action before the Paris commercial court for compensation for a stock market loss of more than 2 billion euros claimed by a hundred of investment funds and institutional investors.
