Veil Jourde remains a key player in the field, able to handle a wide array of disputes including complex and challenging cases for a client base made up of financial investors, banks, large companies, SMEs and industrial groups, while major family estates and private individuals are also clients. The team manages a busy caseload encompassing commercial, banking and corporate disputes, as well as shareholders’ conflicts. It is also involved in securitisation and financial products litigation.
