Veil Jourde is an established name on the French litigation market that enjoys a strong following among prominent French companies and financial institutions, while also representing a good number of foreign clients. Major family estates as well as private individuals are also clients. The practice is led by a large and highly experienced team able to handle high-stake commercial, banking and corporate disputes, as well as shareholders' conflicts. It is also adept at defending clients in complex securitisation and financial products litigation started by a large number of plaintiffs. The practice is co-headed by long standing partners Eric Deubel and Pierre-François Veil, as well as by Maxime de Guillenchmidt whose boutique firm merged with Veil Jourde in Spring 2024.
