BDGS Associés’ compact litigation team is an excellent fit to the firm’s thriving M&A, antitrust and insolvency practices. Headed by the highly regarded Kyum Lee, the practice is regularly entrusted to deal with some of the market’s most high-profile cases. Its caseload is filled with prominent shareholders’ conflicts while the team is experiencing growing activity in the debt restructuring and insolvency arena where it acts in highly challenging matters. The team is also regularly entrusted with high-stake commercial litigation, civil liability and regulatory disputes, as well as international proceedings.
