Linklaters‘ litigation team regularly handles high-stake mass and civil liability proceedings pertaining to financial products as well as antitrust follow-on cases, alongside major financial institutions and companies. The practice also assists companies with contractual disputes and bankruptcy related cases, while also providing support in high-stake regulatory proceedings in the antitrust, securities and energy sectors. Finally, the team also handles some white-collar work as well African related disputes.
