Bredin Prat runs a strong commercial and investment arbitration practice acting for some CAC 40 companies and international groups as well as many state entities, among which notably Egypt and several other Arabic states. The practice regularly acts in matters linked to Africa and the Middle East that deal with a variety of sectors (telecoms, construction, waste, infrastructure). It also manages post M&A arbitration disputes and regularly acts in exequatur and set aside judicial proceedings.
