The team is led by Emmanuelle Barbara, a recognised specialist in employment, compensation and benefits law as well as social security matters. Marie-Hélène Bensadoun provides both advisory and contentious support on restructuring, business transfers and executive compensation.

Points forts

Advised a ride-sharing company in the context of a high-stakes Urssaf audit and related criminal proceedings, involving claims of over €100m. The case concerned the alleged reclassification of over 12,000 drivers as employees rather than independent contractors.
