Advised LSDH/Les Crudettes on the notification to the French Competition Authority of the acquisition by Les Crudettes of sole control over one of its main competitors, Bonduelle Frais France, which handles the bagged salads activities of the Bonduelle group.
Acting for TransAtlantis throughout its claim for damages before the Commercial Court of Lyon against the main trucks manufacturers fined by the EU Commission in its decision of 2016 in the trucks cartel case.
