Representing Abbott France against Dexcom in four infringement actions brought before the UPC (three as defendants and one as claimant) as part of the worldwide battle between Dexcom and Abbott over the continuous glucose monitoring system used by diabetics.
Representing Metex in its defence in an infringement action before the Paris 1st Instance Court commenced in October 2023 by the South Korean company CJ CheilJedang Corporation on the basis of two patents relating to "promoters" for genetically modified bacteria that produce amino acids.
