The ‘responsive’ team at Racine is equipped to deal with transactional tax mandates, including real estate transactions, M&A transactions and restructurings, as well as providing private client asset tax management services. Co-leading the group are Xavier Rollet, an expert in private wealth tax; Fabrice Rymarz, who is adept in transactional tax; Marc Pelletier, whose specialism is tax litigation; and Quentin Cournot, who was promoted to the partnership in January 2025 and is particularly active in the tax structuring of LBO, OBO and M&A transactions.
