The group offers comprehensive expertise in national and cross-border disputes and was recently particularly active in proceedings before the UPC. It covers a broad spectrum of specialist areas, such as telecommunications, video coding and automotive, and is often involved in standard-essential patent matters; the latter is one of Gunnar Baumgärtel's mainstays, who, in addition to contentious proceedings, also frequently assists with licensing and cooperation agreements.
