At Addleshaw Goddard, the transport, technology, IT, healthcare and energy sectors are at the heart of its procurement advice, which includes award and review procedures for modernisation measures for public transport, IT projects for clinics and hospitals as well as procurement in the context of the energy transition. The group acts for both contracting authorities and bidding companies. Jan-Oliver Schrotz heads the practice and predominantly deals with regulatory issues.
