  • Advising ACCENTRO Real Estate AG on another amend & extend refinancing transaction for both of its German bonds, which was implemented in accordance with the German Bond Act, as well as in connection with a non-binding expression of interest regarding a  potential takeover offer.
  • Advising the senior lenders of the Arvos Group on financial restructuring and full recapitalisation of the Germany-based Arvos Group via a UK Scheme of Arrangement, which included a partial exchange of debt for equity and a total debt reduction of the group of over €210 million.
  • Advising the PlusServer Group on its cross-border debt restructuring, including the application of an English Scheme of Arrangements to implement the financial restructuring of the German group and the transfer of ownership from the existing private equity sponsor to the group's lenders.
