It has a particularly strong record in technology, renewables and healthcare, with additional specialisation in pharmaceuticals, medtech and cybersecurity. With its offices in Cork, Galway and Dublin, the firm frequently advises on cross-border transactions involving US-based companies and other European businesses. It has a flourishing practice in venture capital, including seed funding through to later stage financing rounds.
