Squire Patton Boggs Ireland established a strong corporate and M&A practice in 2023 with the hire of prominent partners Dennis Agnew (‘very responsive, very commercial’) and George Kennedy (’hugely experienced, readily available and very helpful‘); both have a background in large and mid-cap transactions, including cross-border deals.
