LK Shields Solicitors LLP and Byrne Wallace merged at the beginning of 2025 to form Byrne Wallace Shields LLP, which advises an array of both public and private sector clients on outsourcing contracts, SaaS agreements, and cloud computing-related matters. The team is highly skilled at advising clients at any stage in their lifecycle, with considerable experience acting for start-ups and scaling companies, as well as large domestic and multinational organisations. Victor Timon leads the team and routinely handles both traditional procurement projects and nascent technologies, such as AI and blockchain. Laura Greene has extensive experience in advising public and private sector organisations on SaaS agreements and data privacy policies.
