Advised Mainline Power on an application to appoint an examiner to its renewable energy business including dealing with stiff opposition from a large creditor.
Advised the joint receivers on the receivership of a hotel and pub premises in Co Wicklow.
Acted for Pepper Finance Corporation (Ireland) and Deloitte in relation to defending High Court injunctive and plenary proceedings together with an appeal of the injunctive proceedings to the Court of Appeal issued by one of its borrowers with respect to restraining a receiver appointed by Pepper from selling agricultural lands secured to Pepper.
