Authorisations and public tenders are key focal points, spanning the energy, healthcare and real estate and construction sectors. The practice also boasts a dedicated FDI team, led by Andrea Carreri. Practice head Leonardo De Vecchi advises a diverse roster of public and private-sector clients across the life sciences, food and real estate sectors. Benedetta Mussini is an expert in urban planning, construction and environmental law. Orsola Torrani joined the team in April 2024.
