Points forts

Advised Barings, which acted through a real estate investment fund managed by Savills IM SGR, on the purchase of land in Balocco and on the agreements for the development of a logistics complex on it with a local developer.
Advised DeA Capital RE SGR, as the management company of the "Gamma" fund, on all phases of the redevelopment of Palazzo Missori, in the centre of Milan, including capex financing and the leasing of the real estate units, used for various purposes, to prestigious operators.
Advised an international investor on the sale of the stand-alone building located in Milan, via Tortona 37 that will be reconverted from office to residential, to Kervis SGR S.p.A., as management company of the "KREF II" fund.
