Collas Crill‘s disputes team is called upon to represent clients engaged in both trust and insolvency disputes, handling familial disputes regarding assets held in trust or bequeathed in wills, in addition to tackling issues arising out of shareholder disputes and fraud. Practice head Damian James maintains a mixed practice, covering both commercial and trust litigation, but with a particular focus on the latter, in which Dan Boxall also specialises.
