Walkers represents a number of financial services clients in contentious employment matters, including cases where senior employees who have been sacked or subject to disciplinary proceedings before the tribunal, and also oversees the employment aspects of mergers and reorganisations. Practice head Daniel Read handles unfair dismissal and discrimination claims, while also assisting clients handle the exits of senior staff. Lauren James helps clients draft workplace policy documents and advises on HR processes.
