Further, the services offered include vessel and aircraft registration, freight forwarding and various transportation solutions. In recent years the firm has developed a specialism in handling sanction matters in the transport sector, with numerous sanction-related advice, often involving the Lithuanian Customs’ investigations, navigated by the team. Daivis Švirinas leads the team alongside co-head Vaiva Mašidlauskienė, who has a focus on transport law, covering aviation, rail, roads and maritime issues.
