Weightmans LLP

Elliott Kenton is at the helm at Weightmans LLP. The regulatory services department offers advice on all aspects of health and safety law, from incident response advice and HSE investigations to compliance training and regulatory advice. Kenton has particular experience acting for road transport and passenger service vehicle operators and freight and logistics companies. Rowenna Allen joined the team in September 2024 and works alongside Kenton on diverse cases such as inquests into fatal workplace incidents and HSE prosecutions. Crispin Kenyon retired in March 2025.
