Led by Anita de Atouguia, the immigration team at Doyle Clayton is recognised for its ‘broad subject matter expertise and clear collaboration’, advising HNW clients on a diverse range of visa routes, including Global Talent and Innovator Founder, as well as handling complex discretionary applications. Key figures in the group include the ’outstanding’ Alfreda Joubert; Al Harvey, who combines deep employment and immigration law expertise; David Ritchie, a specialist in spousal applications, naturalisation and complex settlement applications; Elisabeth Kynaston, whose practice spans corporate and personal immigration matters; and the ‘amazing’ Anna Blackden, who handles education sector-related immigration issues. Malini Skandachanmugarasan departed the firm in March 2025.
