The ‘very commercial and business-oriented’ practice at Alston & Bird LLP has built a presence in London for structured and warehouse finance transactions, acting principally for corporate trust, agency and service provider clients. The group’s recent work spans numerous asset classes, among them auto loans, carbon credit financings, consumer credit, electric vehicle financings, and trade receivables. London partner James Fisher works closely with the firm’s US offices to handle complex matters for bank trustees and, increasingly, non-bank service providers.
