Addleshaw Goddard‘s structured finance group is ’very approachable and clearly very experienced’. It continues to grow its junior ranks to handle a growing volume of work across many different asset classes. An example is its work for Vanquis Bank in its £1.5bn entry into the second charge mortgage lending market through forward flow arrangements. Zoe Connor and newly promoted partner Olga Friedmann played pivotal roles in that deal.
