Squire Patton Boggs is noted both for its national and international presence, with product liability expertise spread across 40 offices globally. The team, which principally concentrates on supply chain issues and disputes, as well as product liability, recall, and general product compliance, is led by Rob Elvin. Elvin heads up the European Environmental, Safety and Health Group at the firm, and is also office managing partner of the firm’s Manchester office, ably supported by Nicola Smith in Birmingham, whose key point of distinction is her food and drink sector expertise.
