The IP practice at Shook Lin & Bok works across several sectors and is skilled in all aspects of IP protection and enforcement, including patents, industrial designs, trademarks and utility innovations. Managing partner Michael Soo has extensive experience at all levels of Malaysian courts in cases concerning infringement and domain names. Wendy Lee Wan Chieh concentrates on trademark opposition proceedings and the prosecution of trademarks for both local and international clients, and Joseph Yu Shi Yang handles trademark portfolios and various IP disputes.
