The practice at Garrigues was substantially bolstered by the office’s merger with local firm Sanchez Devanny, which was announced in July 2024 and completed in February 2025. The team regularly advises on a range of transactions that includes acquisition financing, secured and unsecured loans, structured financing and project finance.
