The practice group at Von Wobeser y Sierra, SC is well-versed in advising on banking and payment systems regulatory matters, in addition to handling a range of financial transactions that includes credit and debt restructurings and project finance. Domestic and foreign banks, fintechs, private equity funds, pension funds, hedge funds and payment processors frequently look to the group for support. Co-heads Luis Burgueño and Alberto Córdoba direct the team.
