Cacheaux, Cavazos & Newton

The practice group at Cacheaux, Cavazos & Newton advises global banks and financial institutions on a broad range of financing transactions - notably the structuring of cross-border credit facilities, asset-based loans, revolving loans and project finance - particularly as regards the manufacturing, automotive, energy and agribusiness segments. Leadership is shared between Sergio Ostos and Raymundo Vázquez, both of whom divide their time between Mexico City and San Antonio (Texas). Ostos specialises in banking and finance, antitrust, corporate and M&A, along with tax law; Vázquez, for his part, deals with banking and financial transactions, M&A and data privacy mandates. Senior associate Michelle Romero, who is based between Guadalajara and San Antonio, majors on banking and finance, corporate transactions and compliance.
