Dispute resolution: litigation

Pérez Correa González handles an array of commercial disputes arising from contract terminations, shareholder conflicts, and agreement breaches, alongside significant collection actions in industries including real estate, construction and manufacturing. The group is also well-versed in civil and administrative litigation, with experience in tort liability claims and amparo proceedings. Following the October 2025 departure of José Covarrubias Azuela, the partner-level bench features name partner (and disputes veteran), Fernando Pérez Correa, along with Zulima González – both have deep expertise in commercial and civil litigation, and bankruptcy proceedings; along with January 2025 hire Ulises Moreno, whose arrival significanttly expands the group’s administrative litigation capabilities.
